Raja Paarvai (Royal Vision) (1981) is a Tamil language feature film directed by Telugu film director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. The story was written by Kamal Haasan, for whom the film was also his 100th starrer and first production. The score and soundtrack was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. The film is also known as Amavasya Chandrudu in Telugu. This film was loosely based on Butterflies are Free and The Graduate.

This drama tells the tale of a blind violinist, Ragu (Kamal Haasan), and a young lady, Nancy (Madhavi) who is keen on chronicling Ragu's inspiring life as a visually-impaired but independently-living person. Their relationship blossoms into a romance that is supported by Nancy's lighthearted and comical grandfather (L.V. Prasad).
